We provide a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects (e.g., movement issues, water resistance failures). You can return your watch within 14 days for fit or quality issues—just email us photos. Repairs or reshipments are free for covered issues. Damage from misuse or abuse isn’t covered.
Are the watches waterproof?
Most models are splash-resistant up to 20 meters—fine for showers or rain but not for swimming or diving. Always test gently before heavy water exposure.
